FLASH CONTEST REPORT
9th & 10th May 2009 was a significant day for many in Singapore as they were Vesak Day & Mother’s Day respectively. For US in Bodybuilding , it was a culmination of long months of Dieting , Preparation & Anticipation as it was the Prejudging and Finals respectively for the 47th NATIONAL BODYBUILDING & FITNESS CHAMPIONSHIPS.
This year edition witnesses a record 82 entries for the Men’s Junior, Senior & Classic bodybuilding & Ms Bodyfitness categories.
We had a total of 15 Gold Medalists & a New MR SINGAPORE 2009 Crowned on 10 May 2009 witness by a sold out crowd of over 900 fans , friends & family members.
On Page 2 We begin with the Junior National Championships, this event is open to all Males 21years & Below. Here we have 3 categories ; 60kg & under, 70kg & under and 80kg & Under.
We have on Page 3 the ladies of the Miss Bodyfitness. On Page 4 – 6 is the coverage for the Sr Mens 60kg to +85 Kg & Classic Bodybuilding. Our final Page is the Mr SINGAPORE 2009 – where we have a new MR SINGAPORE
